'A Caterpillar's Soliloquy' is a collection of illustrations and essays Erick created between 2003 and 2006 during his study in fine art and painting in Korea. It was all before Erick explored his signature black and white artistic style and making his first animated film. But the way of storytelling he established and subject matters he brought up and concentrated on while producing this series became the foundation of who Erick is as an artist.
